The palace located in Calle de Sagasta, in Chamberí district, Madrid, will be ready for sale in the first quarter of 2027, as mentioned by Idealista. The same website mentioned that the renovation will be in charge of Touza Arquitectos studio, which will work on a building constructed in 1893.

The house will have an area from 118 to 538 m2, being later sold from two to eight million euros. The houses will combine classical architecture with contemporary luxury, with the interiors being decorated by Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio. With moulded walls and high ceilings, the houses will also be defined by the matt-finished marble. The residents will also have a concierge, as well as 24-hour security available.
