The biggest increases in the volume of available supply were in Ciudad Real (88%), Santa Cruz de Tenerife (76%), Ceuta (74%), Palma (71%) and Valencia (70%). Among the large markets, supply has also grown in Málaga (45%), Bilbao (39%), Barcelona (30%), Madrid (19%), San Sebastián (15%) and Alicante (6%), as mentioned by idealista.

The only large market where supply reduced was Seville, with a reduction of 5% in a year. Córdoba, Logroño, Granada, Castellón de le Plana, Badajoz, Cádiz and Oviedo have also noticed a decrease in housing supply.

Barcelona is the city with the most expensive housing rentals in Spain, which reach an average of 570 euros per month. Follow Madrid (527 euros), San Sebastián (475 euros), Palma (450 euros), Málaga and Pamplona (425 euros in both cases).
