The project promoted by the Alicante real estate developer Alibuilding and developed by the architectural firm Chamizo Arquitectos was awarded two prizes: in the category of High-Rise Residential Building and Best Residential Apartment Design.

The International Property Awards awarded this 126-metre-high, 36-storey skyscraper, which has 196 apartments with two, three or four bedrooms. Some of them are still for sale (and advertised on idealista) with prices starting at 690,000 euros.

The location of this residential complex offers panoramic views of the Costa Blanca, thanks to its height and proximity to the beach, which allows owners to view the Mediterranean Sea.

This development has large open spaces and complete communal areas, such as an indoor pool, gym, spa area and jacuzzi, two paddle tennis courts, a children's area for the little ones and a running track.

The façade, the excellent location, the quality of the materials and the wide and varied range of services have contributed greatly to the building developed by Alibuilding being considered the best residential area in Europe.
