Specifically, a total of 305,500 Valencians worked from home during the past year, both occasionally and regularly. This represents a growth of 16.7%, around one point above the increase that occurred at the national level, according to a report by Valencia Plaza.

In 2023, 45.3% of people who teleworked did so less than half of the days they worked. Specifically, 167,000 Valencians teleworked more than half of the days in 2023, while 138,500 did so occasionally.

In Spain as a whole, the difference between periodicities was even smaller: 49.7% worked from home less than half of the days, while 50.3% did so regularly.
