The new car park that will be built on this site, now converted into a residential complex, will have 31 spaces, two toilets and two stairwells, one of which will be equipped with a lift, among other facilities; it will also have its vehicle access on Ingeniero Antonio Gallego street and will have a surface area of ​​760.85 square meters.

The First Deputy Mayor stressed: “we have acted with maximum speed to enable a new investment in the centre, since in less than a week (the Commission was held on 31 July), this project already has the corresponding licence that will allow its promoters to begin the works shortly and launch their business project”.
