According to the British newspaper Daily Mail, the study compares the price of essential elements in different destinations, including details such as the price of sunscreen, insect repellent or a family meal.
In this sense, on a holiday in Ibiza, a family can spend a total of 229.21 euros on these essential elements, which is more than double that of the destination classified as having the best quality-price ratio, Sunny Beach (Bulgaria), where these essentials would reach 110 euros.
On the other hand, the cheapest beach destination for families is Marmaris, on the Turkish Riviera.
Within the eurozone, the cheapest is the Algarve (Portugal). Mallorca also appears on the list, in ninth place, with a cost of 166 euros per family.
