The majority of Spanish provincial capitals now have fewer homes for sale than there were a year ago. The biggest reduction has been produced in Oviedo, with 32% less, followed by A Coruña and Pontevedra, where it reaches 30%. The continuation is Sevilla (-29%), Zaragoza (-29%), Valencia (-28%), Teruel (-28%). Santander and Burgos (-26% in both cases).
Among the large markets, supply has also reduced significantly in Madrid (-23%), while the reduction in stock has been 19% in Barcelona and Bilbao; followed by the falls of Malaga (-14%), Palma (-13%) and Alicante (-11%). With a single-digit drop is San Sebastián (-7%).
There are only 3 capitals where the available supply has increased: Girona (8%), Badajoz (7%) and Cuenca (1%). In the city of Cáceres the offer for sale has been maintained.
