They are located in the municipality of Santa Eulària and their value amounts to almost one million euros, although bidding will start at 140,000 euros.

The buildings come from the bankruptcy of the company Celaya, Emparanza and Galdos Internacional.

According to a statement from the specialized portal Escrapalia, 163,907 m2 of rustic land in Santa Eulària has been put up for public auction. Although the properties are valued at 980,000 euros, you can bid for a starting price of 140,000 euros, which represents a discount of 85 percent.

The properties are located in Cala Llonga and are divided into three plots. All of them are protected rustic lands with agricultural use and with a cadastral surface area of ​​54,030 square metres (51,022 of timber pine forest and 3,008 of unproductive); 82,717 square metres (79,249 of timber pine forest and 3,468 of unproductive) and 27,160 square metres (25,979 of timber pine forest and 1,181 of unproductive).

The auction will remain open until 12:30 p.m. on October 15.

To bid, a security deposit of 14,000 euros will be required, an amount that will be returned if the participant is not awarded the auction.

In the case of being the successful bidder, the deposit will be adjusted with the payment of the sales commission. To be the winner, the highest bidder must have been made. Once the auction has ended, the highest bidder will receive notification via email.
