The German company has added 600 new units in 12 different locations over the last year, with Madrid and Valencia standing out with more than 150 flats signed in each city by 2024.

With this growth, Spain consolidates its position as the second most important market for Limehome after Germany. During the past year, the company expanded its presence in cities such as Oviedo, Jerez, Santiago de Compostela and Alicante, as well as strengthening its position in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia.

Limehome plans to continue its expansion in key cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville and Malaga, as well as in new markets such as Pamplona, Cordoba, Bilbao, Alicante and Almeria.
