The preference for the Spanish coast is evident among international investors, and, together with the Valencian municipality, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (35%) and Malaga (33%), these are the places where the percentage of foreign investment is highest.

After these, we find the Balearic Islands (31.7%), Murcia (24%) and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (22%), as the main places of interest for foreigners.

The CEO of the technology marketing company, Alfredo Millá, said: “the characteristics of Spain make it one of the most prosperous residential destinations on the continent. Its climate, lifestyle and cost of living, infrastructure and culture that it offers, among others, are a great attraction for foreigners, with investment possibilities, to focus on the coasts of the country.” In addition, he stressed that it is a “very dynamic and active sector, so it is expected to continue.”
