The centre of Zaragoza will have new residents in the first quarter of 2027. Or, at least, that is the intention of the construction company Brial, who this August began the works that will culminate in a new "exclusive" residential complex that will have 108 luxury homes, both for its "high quality standard" and for its location - on Cesáreo Alierta Avenue, on the corner with San José – with prices ranging between 353,000 and 511,000 euros (VAT included).
This new building, named Zentum Residencial, will have 16 floors and homes with two, three and four bedrooms, all with “large terraces” and with an A energy rating. The work is already advancing after obtaining the municipal license.
In total, the project will have three basement floors (with garages and storage rooms), and large common areas, which will include interior garden areas, a swimming pool, a gym and even a social room with a kitchen for celebrations. Finally, on its ground floor, the residential complex will have several premises where different businesses can be located.
According to the construction company, this promotion has aroused "great interest", so Brial will begin to inform the "numerous interested parties" (who signed up on a list at the time) from September onwards in order to begin the marketing process.
